Since 2004, VEJA has been creating sneakers in a different way, mixing social projects, economic justice, and ecological materials. VEJA uses Brazilian and Peruvian organic cotton for the canvas and laces, Amazonian rubber for the soles, and various innovative materials made from recycled plastic bottles or recycled polyester.

• Using a washing machine is strongly discouraged to prevent altering the properties of the materials.
• Waterproof your shoes using a product appropriate for the material. Repeat every 3 to 6 months.
• Maintain the smooth leather of your shoes with a damp cloth and a specific spray product. Finish by applying a protective balm. Repeat every 3 months, or as needed based on the condition of your shoes.
• Let dry in the open air, away from heat sources (such as sunlight or radiators), to prevent discoloration.
